Facts:

Fowler carried Michigan for Kerry with 300,000 more votes than Al Gore in 2000 and 900,000 more than Gov. Granholm in 2002. Under Donnie Fowler Fowler, Michigan had the second largest increase in African American voters in the country AND he convinced three-quarters of “Reagan Democrat” union members to vote Democratic!
