Texas is nolonger America's Heroin Haven. It's now America's Cocaine Capitol. It's the major Importation and Distribution center. Judging by Governor Ehrlichs port shake up and Bush visit. I guess Bush is bringing his Afghani Heroin in through the port of Baltimore. He gave a speech about the patriot act there. I think that's code for, Just like the patriot act went through the houses of Congress. My containers go through customs house without anyone looking at them. I think that would be advizable.
