Another Nigeria or Ecuador where the people will eventually say that the oil wealth belongs to the people of the country, and we'll either have to spend more money undermining or fighting them, and eventually, no matter how much the corporatocracy resists, they'll take over their resources, which they could have done two years ago without us spending 200 Billion.
