2. yep the dwindling power of the workers through unions is shameful
I really think labor unions should coalesce as they say, and join a bit more together to demand better job security, fair wages, medical. there are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too many CEO's and VP's who are making 10 mil or more a year off the hard work of the 10000-1 million people below them in their company/govt agency.

Love when he pumps up the volume at that point about backbone.
