18. That Argument In And Of Itself Is Moronic.
I see it so often in response to these types of threads, and it continues to be moronic each time I see it.

Know why it's moronic? Because it's so narrow minded in its premise that the REASON we lash out at those declaring they won't vote for the Dem is due to some shallow surface ridiculous notion that we're loyal to the party like as if it's some sports game. Just on it's face, that's monumentally short sighted and plain dumb.

No. The reason why we lash out is because come election day, whether you like it or not, there will be a victor. That victor will be either a Dem or a repub. We know how MONUMENTALLY important it will be for this country, for this WORLD, to have that victor be the Dem, REGARDLESS of how imperfect that Dem might be. It isn't about loyalty, it is about simple common fucking sense and awareness that a republican victory would be devastating. 4-8 more years of republican rule would be devastating. So anyone who otherwise knows better, who would in some way contribute to the possibility of a republican victory, is quite simply nothing short of a moron; period. So that's why the argument you referenced is moronic in premise, and always will be whenever someone else touts it out in such a narrow minded fashion. This isn't about party loyalty; its about making sure we even BEGIN to stop the bleeding that we've endured the past 7 years now. We are in the right and you are in the wrong. It really is quite that simple. And the only thing more moronic than that sort of 'loyalty' argument, is when someone retorts with "well it doesn't matter. The dem will be devastating too blah blah blah", since putting forth a premise that a Dem, ANY of our running Dems, would be as bad for the country and world as the repub candidate, is quite simply as moronic as one can get. So I hope you'll refrain from at least posting that sort lunacy.
