THE SPANISH VOTED OUT AZNAR BECAUSE HE LIED ABOUT THE ATTACK in an attempt to sway voters.

Furthermore the repuke spin hands AQ a propanganda victory and in so doing the repukes provide aid and comfort to the enemy.
