of ALL of the Cabinet positions, why keep suggesting Wes Clark for the ONE that he is not elligible for unless there is an ACT OF CONGRESS?

I doubt that if Kerry becomes President, he will find the inclination to fight for an ACT of CONGRESS. Why would he burn up political capital with a fight on his hands.

I don't see it happening....nor do I think it should.

Holbrooke might have forced his way into SOS as far as he is concerned, but that doesn't make it a Done Deal.

Wes SHOULD be SOS. He fucking earned it.
