So for those of you in DC for the big party: Post your favorite memory

Wow, I can't believe I was there. I even bought a T-Shirt that said "I came, I saw, I froze" but it was worth every minute.

I wish we could have organized DUers to meet on that Tuesday but it was such and over-abundance of people in the city it was best just letting people do their own things. But I think the greatest thing for me was watching Biden get sworn in because he was my senator and now he's VP! But really the greatest memory was joining in with MILLIONS of people in DC to sing "Na na na na, Na na na na, Hey Hey Hey GOOD-BYE" when Bush left.

And to this day I am amazed at how peaceful the whole event was. I think if you combined all those that showed up for Bush's 2 inauguration you still wouldn't have even half the people that came to see Obama sworn in last Tuesday. And yet there was no arrests and I didn't see any violence. If anything people were just so damn considerate everywhere you went. It was just a giant love feast
