So, you may have heard that rumor about the Zetas taking over ranches

It's not even remotely true. But what is most interesting are the comments to an article in the local paper, in which Minutemen/Tea Baggers insist that the paper is trying to hide something because the editor is a Mexican, that we don't know what is going on in our own town (por favor, Laredo is filled with chismosas, so if Mines Road was shut down, everyone would know it), and that Minutemen/Tea Baggers aren't racist (despite their repeated claims that Mexican are hiding the news & that the editor should move back to Mexico where she belongs).
