That was a very good pick. They realize that there is virtually no way they are getting to the Super Bowl this season. No matter how many picks they had or how high those picks were, they do not have the horses. This is a longer term pick. It will pay off.

The Pack will draft defense in the 2nd round. There are plenty of quality players left. Channing Crowder, ILB form FL; Matt Roth, DE from IA; Brodney Pool, S from OK; Cory Webster, CB from LSU. They can still draft quality.
