MY question is: Did Kenneth Blackwell seek an advisory opinion from the Ohio Ethics Commission on his possible conflict of interest in being both Ohio Secretary of State and Associate Chair of the Bush-Cheney 04 Ohio State campaign?

Was Kenneth Blackwell compensated in any form by the Bush-Cheney Campaign? Compensation would include but not be limited to money, political favors, or other …?

Did Kenneth Blackwell use his influence to gain for himself or his political party favors, advantages, or other …?
