--A Triad employee was seen tampering with a tabulator, and was heard telling election officials to artificially match-up their counts with the machine counts. A witness is willing to testify. (Some think this could amount to a prima facie case of election fraud.)

--A lockdown was ordered by Blackwell that IS a prima facie case of election fraud according to Ohio code.

--Kerry stepped into the fray, sending a letter to all Ohio BOEs, and asking people like Jesse Jackson to take even more of an active role in investigating the irregularities.

--There was excellent testimony at Conyers hearings, with many new things coming to light. There was also sworn testimony given by Clinton Curtis. Conyers promises additional hearings.

--The first lawsuit was filed by Arneback, supported by numerous affadavits and allegations of possible perjury. Arneback promises additional lawsuits.

--There was MSM coverage of the Kerry letter in over 1000 newspapers nationwide.

And the game just started today, folks. All of this in the first inning of a nine-inning game.
