23. Just beginning ...
the democratic party should be active at the grassroots level (using meetups)...bring more into the fold. We've seen what the small donor can do--it equals the special interest money. People were incredibly motivated to work to overturn Bush. I will never have any respect for a partisan Supreme Court that selected the loser. The state of Florida should have held another election without Katherine Harris' false felon rolls, butterfly ballots, or police blocking the roads to the polls from African-American districts. One valid ID should have been requested from everyone--not multiple from those who tend to vote Democratic--don't have your current utility bill? Sorry.

The Black Caucus and individuals in Ohio who have been denied their legal right to vote need to continue the protest if nothing is done to rectify the wrongs. Ken Blackwell thinks he is going to be rewarded with the governorship of Ohio, a la Katherine Harris. Everything possible should be done to inform the world of his dual roll as czar of voting and co-chair of the Bush campaign in Ohio (most people don't believe this when they hear it) and of his actions (if the reports are true, he belongs in jail, but the chances of his being reprimanded are slight until people stand up for their rights). Here is California, the action-figure governor (where would he be without steroids?) met with Rove & Bush before going in to oust a duly-elected governor in a recall bought by a Congressman who cried when Terminator entered the "race." Terminator campaigned for Shrub in Ohio and has collected more money from special interests than Davis ever did (the main "reason" that Davis had to go). Land for endangered species is being prepped for developers who contribute money to the Terminator. This is the sensitive environmental who has 6 hummers. Wake Up Amerika!
