6. What are we to make of these charts?
They seem to show that Bush jumped into an early lead, but his margin tapered off a bit in the wee hours of the morning. Still, he won easily.

My official data shows that at least 3 counties, one of which is very large, had big drops (>5%) in the Kerry percentages in those same wee hours.

I'll compare these charts with my county and state data.
