30. Yes, that's what I'm afraid of too...

but weren't these two recent motions filed with the U.S. District Court - for the southern district of Ohio? Anyone know anything about this court, the presiding judges, where the case will be heard, when the case will be heard etc.?

I guess, as Will already said, that's for tomorrow's drama (and perhaps beyond).

Thank You Will -- been waiting all day for this...nice way to end the day and post-Christmas hoo-haa.
