As for the broadcast of the phony one, and the non-broacast of the real one, all I can say is: Typical!

By the way, this crap pile of a hearing on 6/30 is apparently being broadcast on an educational channel (or with educational facilities) at American University. Are there no STUDENTS there who could demand coverage of the REAL hearing or arrange for its webcast? Oh, and I see that Rice University in Houston is involved.

Back up: This whole phony "commission" has emerged from American University. In Houston, Rice University facilities will be used to webcast it on 6/30. Are there no STUDENTS at either place who want the real news? (--or dissenting faculty?).

Houston organizers, I think this is worth a call to Rice U. student journalism, media and progressive political clubs, and maybe some student there will email other students, and get something going. It seems a natural for a student broadcast.

American U. students should also be contacted. But AU is apparently not directly involved in Houston or the webcast of the phony "hearing" of this phony "commission" on June 30.
