17. I would focus on Clermont for Mean Jean, her special election involved 91 precincts

that were tabulated later after it was proclaimed that moisture prevented them from being tabulated before the Hamilton County (more populous) returns were in. Autorank may have data.

Clermont also got caught with stickers on ballots in '04. 04, 05 and 06 were all ES&S Optiscan.
