In that case what were they before they wrote and spoke? And now you are implying that all atheists are like Hitchens when clearly they are not. Very pathetic. And nowhere did I flatly state "that people who speak against religion in text and public arenas are militant." I suppose if you remove the words "Hitchens, etc., then you might have a case.
