5. more information also calling comcast users with mozilla to create subfold
with IE - the path shows the arrow_open.gif and the arrow_closed.gif - so it is a separate object

the url in the address bar ends with sid=c0 with IE and opens and expands the folder so you can see the subfolders

the url in the address bar with mozilla ends with sid=c0# and doesn't open

then I tried copying the path url of a subfolder over to mozilla while viewing the comast webmail and entered - I can see the contents of the subfolder - the + changes to a minus - BUT - there are no subfolders showing on the left - so there is still no NAVIGATION to subfolders

not even sure what to use as a search on this problem anymore
tried expand folders, subfolders, comcast, mozilla, sid=c0, etc

any more ideas

it is a navigation problem in mozilla apparently but I have not found anything doing a search and I am sure others must have run into this

are there comcast user out there using mozilla and doing folders, subfolders without a problem ?????? Can you test this on your system and tell me if you can see expanded folders and click each one on your webmail viewing through mozilla

thanks
