A cat tree

A Panic Mouse

A scratching post and three incline scratchers

A peek-a-prize

Various fishing pole type toys, plus pompoms, fake mice, catnip, etc.

2 beds and a cat basket

3 "boogy mats"

A play tunnel

and loads of treats!

Granted, they have to share with the foster kittens that come and go, but they're pretty darned spoiled!
