OT: For those asking about Menendez

My local paper asked the 2 candidates to get back to them on a question each - Menendez about the space he rented and Kean about what he wants to do in Iraq. Kean has come back with an answer - but the Menendez one blew me away.

Not through the actual answer, but in defining it the writer, mentioned which nonprofit Menendez benefited from by getting them funding per Kean.

It's HEAD START!!! My first question is this not out there as a known fact. Menendez explained their funding was from a formula - but I seriously don't know why that name is not out there. (I mentioned it to the person heading my county effort and he didn't know either.)
