12. She thought it was really well done.
But later she said there was "no way" John Kerry would be president, because he had his shot, and you don't get 2 chances in a row. Sigh, sigh, sigh. She still wants Hillary Clinton, because that will mean Bill will be in the WH. I tried to explain the constitutional problems with that (I mean, the spouse is NOT the POTUS), but to no avail.

Tomorrow night I'm going to show her the Dissent speech (it was important that I show her the Vietnam stuff first so that she'll really appreciate his recent speech).

Oh yeah -- when she saw those wonderful pictures at the end of the film, she did agree with me that he's a good Dad (those are the soft attributes I'm trying to get people to universally agree with). That, at least, was progress.
