I have been seeing bellicose statements from them in the news for decades. Kim isn't about to do anything. He knows that he starts a war his military will get folded, spindled, and mutilated (for those who remember that phrase.)

And we aren't going to invade them either.

The only danger from Kim is if he sells military hardware to terrorists, and from his counterfeiting. NK makes some very high quality bogus bills.
