But, I bet he could come up with a good plan for making a limited incursion near the coast... possibly assisted by an amphibious assault, for the purpose of temporarily seizing territory and then high-tailing it out of there with loads of food.

Does anyone remember someone else making a massive, surprise coastal assault along the Korean Peninsula?

Another possibility is that he'll start seizing fishing and commercial vessels for food and material.
