(I don't really think there will be precincts in operation with standing water beneath the machines--and there's a good chance one wouldn't have an electrifying experience even then, but... if there are idiots running the polling places, anything is possible--and it's quite possible that there might be the occasional idiot running a polling place (they might be a Republican)).
