2. Difference between Dick Cheney and everybody else ...

Dick Cheney shoots someone in the head, he gets to go home and finish his drinks, sleep overnight, go in the next day to make a "statement" ... and then the victim later apologizes TO HIM for causing Cheney pain ...

Now, there was a report of some guy who, during a party game, admitted the dumbest thing he did was shoot a guy in the head ... he's being held now on murder charges ... not even sure if he had anything to do with the murder that they're claiming he committed ...
