here's tip on AAR:

at twenty eight and fifty eight minutes after the hour, they go to break; six minutes at twenty eight after, and eight minutes at the top of the hour

they have two other breaks, each which last four minutes

I have a little timer next to the computer, which I use, so I don't have to listen to any commercials

can't take those things anymore, especially the PUG ads on our local radio AAR outlet!
