45. What strange people they are.
I honestly can't figure out where they get their ideas (for example, their thinking that Democrats in power is going to mean unrestricted immigration, when all along it's been the Republicans who don't want to clamp down on illegal immigration because it would deprive their corporate buddies of cheap labor).

Also, this one is just bizarre in its reasoning (although I do agree with the "good riddance, chumps" part of it):

"Two silver linings: One, Bush is through as GOP leader, and deservedly so. Same with Frist and Hastert. Good riddance, chumps. Two, the American people will get a slightly better idea that it's really the Rats who are running things in this country. This was a hidden reality under the "Republican government" that accomplished almost nothing. Now it's out in the open. Are the American people smart enough to learn the appropriate lessons. Stay tuned. I wouldn't bet on it. But we can hope."

How on earth can anyone believe that the Democrats have been running anything in the country over the last six years, let alone that it was the "hidden reality under the 'Republican government' that accomplished almost nothing"? WTF? In what way, exactly, have the Dems been in charge?

I've said it before: Freeper brains are just wired differently from everybody else's.
