38. You are 100% correct.

They couldn't remotely justify skirting FISA. The only possible reason to do so was to conduct taps on people without anyone knowing who, what and why. Same with voting paper trails. Why would anyone suggest that no paper trail is preferrable unless they have something to hide?

It's time to turn on the lights and watch the roaches scurry.
