or whoever for saying milk comes from happy cows, and in the miserable conditions they're REALLy kept in there's no way the cows are happy?

The court ruled that since the Milk Board is a government agency, the truth in advertising law does not apply to them.

On edit: Oops, I had it backwards. It IS gov't, so therefore it doesn't apply.
