3. So Bush is Continuing His Effrontery
and sense of entitlement. I'm thrilled. I do NOT think the new Democratic congress is going to go along.

I am almost hoping for Bush to play chicken and force a vote on the floor. That way the Democrats can filibuster and dare the GOP to invoke the nuclear option.

I think they're going to back down on this one.
