Thanks, Laura. I hope it was clear that I didn't want to maliciously insult anyone, but a couple of pokes is certainly called for. We have to be strong and effective in order to fight the continued hijacking of this land by sleazy lunatics, and if we can't think at higher levels, we're going to lose.

I'm not a Democrat. I don't belong to any party. But, rational consideration of the issues facing us tends to move my support to the positions endorsed by the Dems.

In fact, being too passionate about any one group leads people to blindly accept things they perceive to come from a safe source, and that's the exact phenomenon we've witnessed in this thread. Even after being told it's a satire, people are asking for clips of her giggling. One person even bought the Christmas lights story.

Let's get it together people. Your mind is perhaps the most impressive creation in the universe. Use it, and be ready to kick some butt. We're all gonna need it :)
