I didn't advocate smoking in the house with a child. I know and understand the risks of second-hand smoke. However, there are far more dangerous activities than being outside around a smoker a couple of times a year. You sound almost hysterical in your hatred of smokers. Let me guess - you're an ex-smoker?

What's next, putting parents in jail for feeding their kids McDonalds and making them fat? How about we put poor parents in jail for living in high-crime areas and putting their children at risk? Un-fucking-believable...
