My neighbor likes to hang out in a local sports bar and he just told me what happened there yesterday.

One of the TVs was showing a baseball game between Panama and Cuba. Two drunks sitting at the bar were complaining about "... letting Cuban commies play baseball with other teams."

The barmaid told them to hold it down, but they went right on. "Look at them. Fucking commie fags are even wearing red shirts."

"Okay," she said. "You two are out of here. Now."

One of them was stupid enough to continue. "What are you? Some kind of commie loving dike?"

This moron had just made a major mistake. I've been in this bar a couple of times and the barmaid is a good sized lesbian who doesn't take crap from anyone. Within 30 seconds, the two drunks were outside and, according to my neighbor, one of them had a bloody nose that was probably broken.

The regulars gave her a round of applause and she pumped her arms in the air like "Rocky" after winning a fight.

It's depressing that there are stupid assholes around with a need to rag on "commies," "fags," and "dikes." But in this case, justice was done. If any of the guys at the bar had beat up on these two, they would have called the cops. But I guess they couldn't find a way to explain getting their asses kicked by a girl. Especially one who's about 23 and might not even know what a "commie" is.
