4. A DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS WILL RESTORE THE FAIRNESS DOCTRINE

With the Democratic Congress firmly in control, they can restore the Fairness Doctrine, which will pretty much prevent Fox News from existing with its blatant disregard for the truth. To that end, Bill O'Reilly will not be able to exist without balance from more mainstream individuals such as Randi Rhodes or Al Franken, and Fox would rather take their ball home then let that happen.
