of Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. I'm sure that he is upset that despite a lack of money paid to schools, our teachers continue to produce students, who rank at the top of American education. If he had one more term, he would get closer, I'm sure.

The only thing that hasn't changed is that Minnesota only gets about $0.75 on ever dollar we pay in Federal taxes. Mississippi and Alabama struck much better deals.
