because my hands were/are terrible and I wondered if I was a freak.

me: "Are your hands as cracked as mine?"

him: why as a matter of fact.. then he pulls out his hands with a big ole piece of duct tape holding together a painful valley on his thumb.

me: "yeah."

Everyone I ask, or overhear because my cube at work is like a disco, says pretty much the same thing.

It would seem that medical science could offer some relief. It was -45 with wind chill a couple of days ago.
