It's McCain's to explain, not Obama's.

If McCain is so right, where was his tremendous war-making expertise at the beginning of this war he was all for? Why didn't he insist on his surge then? You know, like when we went in without enough troops in the first place, and screwed it up as much as possible for years now?

Did he have a brain-freeze then, or was that on purpose?

But then, if the media talking heads didn't all think in a herd, pooling themselves to come up with one question among them at a time, someone might've thought to ask that.
