... as a German daily suggested in a "conspiracy theory" a few months back. Up to now we've been blaming the superdollar counterfeits on North Korea, which had lead earlier to us getting new 20's and other larger currency to defeat these higher quality counterfeits.

I put a translation up of it, but it was removed quickly because the site was on DU's "black list".

Here's another article that postulates this as well. With our "official" dollar supply being too large now and causing currency value drops, perhaps this makes some sense, since any time this currency gets "found" it will be written off as "not valid" which perhaps is felt shouldn't affect our currency value as it would if we just printed more money as they might be tempted to do.
