Too late.

Jeb's fantasizing, dreaming of some new PR offensive that will sell their pile of Fail to an increasingly skeptical public. If he wants change, his beloved party will have to become something other than the Old White Guy Party that it has been for decades.

Note that Jeb doesn't have any answers, either. He's tied to ideology, as are all the rest. They're not going to change until whoring for money stops working altogether.
