It was in an area that is pretty far from the New Madrid, so it was kind of weird.

I was out in the boonies in the Ozarks, felt the house shake.

Went outside, the two other residents were gardening in the terraced gardens. One was standing on dirt, and felt nothing. The other had been standing on some of the rock that made the garden terrace -- she was knocked to the ground.

The house had been built with the pillars of the foundation on bedrock, so that's the only reason it shook the house.

Was pretty weird for that part of Arkansas, at first we thought it had to have been a dynamite blast or something nearby, but no.... was an actual earthquake.
