3. US v. Nixon
And just remember . . . US v. Nixon resulted from a garden-variety request for production of documents (actually the WH tapes) under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. So ordinary, and yet so enduring . . . .

I don't see how Bush can win this, if it goes to the Court. What an arrogant prick! "L'audace, l'audace, toujours l'audace." ('Audacity, audacity, always audacity.')
