62. Nancy Reagan was the exception...
Nancy Reagan broke tradition and ordered hers early on and used it - it was bordered in what she called "Reagan Red" and she reportedly drove Lenox up the wall trying to get the shade of red she wanted. I think Barbara Bush went back to the tradition and Hillary Clinton followed tradition as well.

I read somewhere that the Queen of England is a little amazed by it since at Buckingham Palace they "mix and match" not only the china but the crystal and the flatware. But then I guess she doesn't have to impress anyone with the table settings.
