Just saw a story on MSN.Com entitled "Right and Left Dismiss Obama's Prize" http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33240807/ns/politics-capitol_hill Unfortunately for TRUTH, the story mentions only Republicans who have slammed it, a handful of repubs who had class about it, and a vague line, paraphrased here: "on some liberal websites there was criticism." Another AP story said the world was "divided" over the award, and again only mentioned the Taliban, some right winger in Israel, and someone in Iran. Yeah, I guess you could say it was "divided", like 80% and 20%

The media has no scruples and aren't even fucking journalists anymore. No one investigates anything, they just push their own lazy biases and print press releases. One of the most egregious comments was from Redstate.com who said he wasn't aware until now, that the Nobel Prize was an "affirmative action" thing. The media is TRYING to belittle this award, trying to hide the TRUTH about why it was awarded, and giving ONLY his detractors a voice today. The media has destroyed our democracy... you all know that, right? Al Gore spoke about this years ago, and it's coming to fruition.

The media is like a father you can never please... they are PUSHING and CREATING this meme that it is "not important", "big deal", and that it's a bad thing for us, not something America should be proud of. Even John McCain and Tim Pawlenty said it should be a source of pride for America. For the media, it's like "yeah, big deal, a Nobel Peace Prize, now when are you going to clean your room?"

I am so disgusted with humanity today. :( What awful and hateful people they are.. I miss America, the way it used to be, when people were nice.
