There's this page
http://senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/vote_menu_111_2.htm
If I count up all the columns with Question="On the cloture motion" and Result="Rejected" will the equal the number of filibusters exercised by the 41-Republican obstructionist caucus?

I guess in a more general sense, is the an official source of all the votes blocked by the filibuster, preferably in XML format?

I have an idea for a visibility project.
