Free Republic comments on McCain's positive assessment of Obama's Tucson speech [View All]

I thought I'd head to the swamp and see what I feel would be the obvious. Just to illustrate McCain's comments on the Tucson speech, McCain wrote in the Washington Post:

President Obama gave a terrific speech Wednesday night. He movingly mourned and honored the victims of Saturday's senseless atrocity outside Tucson, comforted and inspired the country, and encouraged those of us who have the privilege of serving America. He encouraged every American who participates in our political debates - whether we are on the left or right or in the media - to aspire to a more generous appreciation of one another and a more modest one of ourselves.

So what does that comment mean to some people? Here are some choice examples among many more from our friends at Free Republic:

Apparently, giving Obama praise for a speech that even many hard-core conservatives found moving is just too much for these people inflicted with paranoia, conspiracy theories and variations of Obama Derangement Syndrome.

These people are lost.
