and you have a mighty high opinion of your own importance, don't you?

The last time I checked, FDL was not affiliated with any political party. The writers on FDL are not beholden to any corporate or political entity--they are human beings making observations about situations that are sometimes in blatant opposition to progressive values and ideals--something that doesn't seem to register with you, despite your whining about how you should be called a "real liberal" too.
