12. Some extrapolation of the data needs to be made.
First, the population of the world at the beginning of Bush's term is less than now.

Second, the number of internet users at the beginning of Bush's term is substantially less than now.

Third, Google's impact on the internet at the beginning of Bush's term is substantially less than now.

Fourth, there are substantially more activists willing to make more of an effort than at the beginning of Bush's term.

Fifth, more people were open to sending troops to Afghanistan and Iraq because of the time proximity of 9/11 then they are now.

Sixth, fewer people believe there was justification for war under Bush.
