Judd Gregg is fifth Republican 'yes' on Kagan

Republican Judd Gregg of New Hampshire announced Friday that he will vote next week to confirm Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court.

With his commitment Friday, Gregg becomes the fifth Republican to publicly support President Barack Obama's selection to the the high court, meaning Kagan will easily pass 60 votes for confirmation.
