"Potential Republican presidential candidate and birther Donald Trump accused ABC’s George Stephanopoulos of being “co-opted” by President Barack Obama because the ABC host dared to say that the president’s certificate of live birth was a legal document.

Trump also laid out the condition for releasing his tax returns.

“Maybe I’m going to do the tax returns when Obama does his birth certificate,” Trump said. “I’d love to give my tax returns. I may tie my tax returns into Obama’s birth certificate.”"
